Pool is in an open area . Though beautiful and inviting the sounds echos and we got scolded for our children laughing when it opened at 8am... Solution - open later.
Great customer service at all levels. Our riverfront balcony room was amazing. Loved watching the large cargo ships pass by.
Great bld great location... However if sleep is your thing the walls are paper thin, the plumbing wakes you up when turned on and they charge for wifi .... Who still does this ? 169$
Thanks to the Obama administrations changes to the ADA regulations there is no longer a hot tub . Thanks to all you jerks who voted for him.
One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time it totally makes up for being able to hear your neighbors next-door
The whole experience is just awesome. Great service, great view , and great points.
Ask for a room with a river view - watching the big cargo ships come and go was fun and interesting. You can track the ships at: www.marinetraffic.com. And no, they won't keep you awake - they are sur
The beds are comfortable , but for the price you think you would get free wifi and parking . The rooms really need to be updated as well . But the staff seems to be really friendly and helpful.
I agree with all other comments and add, when the heat-a/c cuts on, I reach for my pistol b/c it sounds like someone is breaking in!
One bed, two towels, two coffee cups, two bottles of water, 4 people.. Pure logic. Some "Junior Sweet". O well , it's free!!!
if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room that doesn't overlook the atrium. Sound proofing between rooms and the atrium is thin. Of course on the water, the boats sometimes blow their horns at 5 am.
Lovely location - staff are great and food is good!
Cold coffee !!! How can the bar close during the world series game and the upstairs bar has broken TV 's!!!!
Ask for Carlos! He is THE MAN! Got us so many nice hook-ups/deals on rooms.
Returning clients to Hotel after great day viewing up scale Tybee properties.
It is a great location
Just renovated. Nice size rooms and decorated.
If you Map-quest for courtyard it brings you here
Slow to fulfill requests and very impersonal
How can you charge this much and not give free internet? Even the Super 8 offers free Internet. Heck even McDonald's has free wifi .
Great suites!!! Very well done...
No refrigerator but on request they will deliver . No safes in room either. Staff says they are remodeling rooms.
Everyone here is so nice!
Banging suites, but come on! No free wifi ?
Suite is very nicely done.
Didnt have our ”guaranted” room. Ran out of roll aways. My kids had to sleep on the floor!
Room walls are thin and some rooms join together, I guess for big families or business users
How can I be 3ft away and still get 0 for checking 'cos my phone think I am too far from the location?
No WiFi...sucks!
Decent hotel , but be ready to pay $18 every day for parking .
No free wifi . Convenient area though.
In need of major interior renovations
Too expensive and doesn't even offer free wifi .
Rooms were VERY outdated. Definitely time for an update. Not worth what we paid for.
If you hear the fire alarm do not run, wait for the actual message on the PA
No in-room safes :(
Amazing restaurant on 2nd floor, Aquastar. These grits and mussels were only $15. Mmm! - Kimmmm
Awesome hotel, amazing breakfast, beds are so comfortable and clean. Will be back - Myriam Melki
Although a bit further from downtown than I'd like, I'm really impressed with this hotel. Great rooms. Super great people working here. I'd definitely come back. - Grant Mitchell
Come hungry. The food is great and the portions are huge. Savannah Tea is delicious - cathie bales
Love this location as well as the one on River St. Plenty of outdoor space to drink and relax in City Market. - Steven Jackson
Neat statue of a giant woman and her horse sized dog waving a rug at passing sailors. Cynicism aside, I did like it. :) - Katya Killer of Light
