You can watch the Epcot fireworks from your private balcony . Walking distance to Disney Springs. Very helpful and friendly staff . Rooms are clean , shuttle runs to Disney Springs in the evenings.

2nd time staying here, great view of the fireworks next to Epcot . Friendly staff , parking is resonable and walking distance to Disney Springs. Wont stay anywhere else.

I like this hotel , everything was perfect , and the location was near to disney springs and few minutes away by car from DisneyWorld ????????????

Heated pools are wonderful and morning breakfast is pretty awesome. Bathrooms need serious renovation in the tower and staff could be a bit more pleasant. 10 minute walk to Disney springs.

The pool is so much fun, it has a great lazy river , a safe section for toddlers and a huge regular swimming pool.The Shades Restaurant by the pool has a hamburger you don't want to miss.

Taking the shuttle bus to one of the parks ? Note where the bus drops you off, since that is exactly where they will pick you up. Look for the yellow "B" sign in the window for BV Palace (not Suites).

Nice rooms and balconies but expensive Internet and small breakout rooms if you are hosting a big conference here. Free parking is a nice surprise though with it being in the Disney area.

The room was beautiful and great location. Parking was horrible. You now have to pay $22/night and you need a map to get from the lot to the front door because it’s so far away.

Pretty much every hotel had a resort fee . Don't know why everyone is so surprised. This is a great hotel at a great location.

The staff is great! Sean at the consigners desk is so friendly and helpful. The facilities just need an update, which they are working on.

GREAT hotel ! Beautiful, clean , friendly helpful staff , good food, walking distance across the street to downtown Disney! Bad point- parking is far from rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Been here twice so far and have had a good experience both times. Special on 4 pizza's and a 2 liter for $29 - not bad both on taste and bargain.

Character breakfast on Sunday is great. A bit pricey but a great breakfast .

Nice property, undergoing a refresh. Can't beat location and promo pricing. Pool area is not as exciting as I expected...bar closed at 5:00.

Nice hotel . Found a cheap deal on expedia however a mysterous resort fee jacked the price up a bit. Make sure to ask about it before booked . Still a decent deal but I was shell shocked a little.

Great place to stay! Little princess spa package is adorable & worth the money! Activities by the pool everyday for kids too!

Nice hotel but our maid can't seem to give us towels+wash rags+hand towels every day. We had a large beetle in the room and ants . Who would think ants could make their way 22 flights?

Stayed here 6 times in the past two years. NEVER once saw bugs . CLEAN rooms & GREAT service! we never stay anywhere else.

Great place to stay!!!!! Easy access to all parks . The only thing is the parking is horrible u have to park all the way there and walk ago ways. Unless you pay them 16.00 to park your car. SCREW THAT!

Two large pools which are pretty empty weekdays. Nice balcony on the room. Happy hour starts at 3. :)

Cleaning crew makes a lot of noise on our floor starting around 8am...way too early. And doors have zero efforts to reduce sound...so when anyone around you closes their door everybody can hear it.

35.00 resort fee - room smelled musty BUT so close to Disney springs and the pool area was great

Nice hotel , however they will try to rope u into some time share thing. The shuttles are awful and never on time. You can catch them in downtown Disney which is literally across the street.

Nice place to stay, great location but parking is a bit of a walk. Not something you look forward to after a long day at the parks . Internet is not "free". You pay extra $15 for the amenities fee.

Needs a renovation! First room smelled of smoke! Changed rooms and the bathroom door doesn't close all the way and carpet has stains on it! They also don't tell you about the hotel fee! Unhappy!

nice stay except the house cleaning lady who comes to your door and opens it at 845 in the morning...make sure to put up your do not disturb sign at your door

Great property, nice rooms, clean , friendly staff . Great breakfast at Watercress Cafe . Only very slight, if at all drawback was parking seemed a little far.

If you're coming to Orlando, look no further than this hotel ! Top notch all the way at a very reasonable rate . We don't stay anywhere else.

Stay in the short towers if possible for super awesome water pressure...

Watch out for the bottom of the door to the family bathroom . It's rusted and has ragged edges. Perfect for a small child to get a bad injury!

If you stay in the tower opt for bell services. If not the closest parking is at the convention center . Walk through & take an escalator or elevator to the lobby floor.

Cool rubber band scavenger hunt for the kids! Full service hotel so don't expect to use the luggage carts!

Nice rooms friendly staff downside is transportation to parks sometimes took over an hour sitting on bus need to correct this

Great concierge ! Right across the street from downtown disney. Even had views of the Disney fireworks .

Has free Wifi you can connect your 3DS to. Might only be in the rooms though, double check by downloading the Nintendo Zone app

Good hotel , fantastic beds, great spa , free (but slow and hard to acces) WiFi.Downtown Disney Marketplace is just across the street.

Eat at the Outback Restaurant.....very very good! Best Delmonico Steak I've ever had.

Watch out for rising costs - used to be free to self park , now they are charging $10/day

During my stay, there was an issue with my AC that caused my room to be filled with smoke for a few hours. clothes and suitcase ruined, and no fire alarm.

Great spa . Massage and pedi recommended. And, enjoy some relaxation at the spa pool.

Take a left before the grand circle entrance for the best parking

If you are here for a while get a $12 cup with free refills of coffee or soda

Don't have one bad thing to say about this place. It's the only place we stay when we head to WDW.

The room and location are worth the price. Pony up ans spend the dough , woooo!
