If you are looking for a relaxing hike , filled with beautiful sites to see, this is the right trail ! But, make sure to allot at least three hours if you plan to go all the way to the top.

Hannah Smith

In all honesty, it's better to not know what you're getting yourself into. The echo trail is very difficult but it is amazing once you're at the top!! Don't give up! Coming down is easier ????

Start early to beat the heat. Bring lots of water ! No joke! It get hot. Short hike , but is strenuous since it is steep. Start from Echo Canyon Trailhead for a challenge.

Nate Eul

It's a great hike with a great view . I would recommend brining a pair of gloves for the way down. All the bracing on rocks can make your palms sore.

eric bornemann

Like hiking in Grand Central Station but the view is incredible and worth dealing with other asshole hikers you will inevitably encounter on this crowded trail .

2,704-foot peak, highest point in the Phoenix Mountains , is a two-summited mountain that looks like a kneeling camel to the imaginative eye.The 1.16-mile Summit Trail , one of most popular in the area.

Creepin around or doing a couple of laps isn't as bad as it first appears. You can usually park in less than 15 minutes. The lessen in patience is worth it if you love Camelback.

Chris Webb

This is the most difficult hike in Phoenix. Not for beginners. Hiking after sunset is prohibited. So are dogs.

Carol Jaskulka

gloves helpful, lots of large rocks, very vertical, making it halfway was a good stopping point for me????
