I have had really good experiences with the service here. The mobile department really tries to find the best fit for you, and/or fix any issues you may have.

Cashiers and people on the sales floor were very nice and friendly . This is a small store but I like it for those reasons.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unless you have a penis the workers there could care less about what you need. BestBuy is one of the main reasons I am an Apple customer only.
