Nice rooms but a bit of noise from the central air-con and rooms next door. Only one device gets free Wi-Fi per room.

Convenience hotel and good location for tourist and business, just 5 mins walk to southern cross station. Nice breakfast but expensive internet!

Nice hotel but not very family friendly . There are no ramps to get prams up & down 3 sets of stairs & we asked for a cot in our room & still haven't got it :(

Good location. But bad housekeeping service. Bring ur own toothbrush . They don't provide. N they don't even have sewing kit when requested.

Inadequate services, especially on breakfast . In the room, not even water is free.

The hotel is pretty average... Poor internet access.

Rooms are nothing special. Mines cold, window won't close. No blankets and no mini bar . Very basic.

Get the bigger room. Relatively clean , but basic. No mini-bar or doona. Air con is loud . No toothbrush (no surprise there) so head over to woolies across the road to get'em. Could be worse tbh
