One of my favorite Barnes and Noble stores , they have a fantastic selection, and when you're done you can go to one of many restaurants in the Prudential Center.

Try one of Zefta's salads , wraps , or sandwiches . For an even healthier alternative; try the seasonal fruit cup or Yogurt Parfait w/ mini Hershey kiss 's!!

I could literally live here! So many books and the atmiso here of the place is just amazing !!

This "Starbucks" does not accept SB-Giftcards ... Of course! There are more and more of these farcebucks around so when I get/win a giftcard for Starbucks it is kind of annoying to carry it around.

By the entrance on your left, a dedicated table shows all the self-visitor guides for Boston. Your recommended first stop !

Customer service. My book was having a charging glitch and the salesperson did not stop helping me until I was satisfied.

The toy section and kids books section are excellent!

Friendly folks , will put just about anything in anything if you ask. Blended Red Bull ? Done. Chocolate chip cookie frapp with an actual cookie ? Yuh. Huh. Banana creme pie frapp was my fave.

If you have plenty of time and plenty of money, this is the ideal place to go bankrupt!

Bathrooms are smelly. Nice place to get coffee , read a book and in a relaxed atmosphere

It's a Barnes & Noble Cafe serving Starbucks. So of course you can't use your Starbucks cards. Common sense people!

Great book selection, good location.

It may be the second largest, but they filled the extra space with toys and other junk. Not books .

Sit on the floor in a quiet corner with a lot of books , and just browse ! It's not easy to pick only one to buy..

The Starbucks guy has the most friggen annoyingly obnoxious and loud voice ever! Ppl are trying to read or conduct business stfu!

there are only two electric outlets here... I guess it does the job to keep the people moving

Avoid talking to a customer service lady. She is an old hag who seems to be bothered by everything around her. Don't let her ruin your day! :-)

Best tip from the staff : Order a tall iced coffee in a grande cup so you have room for milk and sweetener.

Not enough seating here unless you like sitting on the floor. Id actually buy something if they were half the price.

Toilets are filthy.

Barista's are slow and rude. Super disorganized. And did I mention slow?

The Starbucks here makes my coffee wrong 100% of the time. Terrible service and even worse coffee !
