Yet to find a waiter/waitress here who is nice or at least give a smile when serving. It seems they are doing a favor! I have come here many times but now no more.
Nice place to take a break in cold weather. There is outdoor seating for the people wants to connect Marienplantz. Try their desserts and coffee .
You cannot sit without ordering something even the friends with you order, that is weird and senseless

Nice location...food is good. Service is very bad. Staff inside the restaurant are friendly but the waiters are not, can get rude too. Everyone on the table have to order.

The worst and rudest ever waiter ! Nobody seats you.. nobody came to serve you. When we asked to be served the waiter asked us to order one order per person (incl. children) or leave!!

El servicio es muy malo. Prácticamente hay que rogar para ser atendido!. No aceptan tarjetas de créditos que no sean de bancos Alemanes. Strudel de Manzana con crema de vainilla son excelentes!

Nachdem ich 10 Minuten auf meinen Cappuccino wartete, und während dessen überlegte was ich essen sollte, durfte ich um 12:03 nichts mehr von der Frühstückskarte bestellen. Unfassbar und unfreundlich.
