Of all the companies I've been a customer of, with a critical eye on customer service, this place has got to be in the top 3 best places of end to end, hand-holding customer service.

Most satisfying shopping experience I have ever had (eye exam + bought glasses). Staff genuinely takes care of you. Looking forward to shopping at WP again.

No change from the other spots. Easy to get an exam , choose some glasses and have them shortly mailed to you. All with nice and helpful service .

Whoever adjusted my glasses earlier this afternoon conveyed her impatience w/ forced smiles. After adjusting, nearly breaking and then having to replace my frames on the spot, I still have to go back.
