When booking in on a Friday, ask for a room above the first floor else your ear drums will pop from the noise coming from the ground floor overnight bar . Everything else about this hotel is amazing!

Some problems with my payment that were sorted and room upgrade. Helpful staff and lovely room overlooking the river . Great location in the city , would stay again

mini bar is empty and you can fill it by calling room service , can order "packages" of 7 to 12 £. Not sure I liked this innovation))
