try and get a room on floor nine and above, otherwise you will be looking at a wall out of your window

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are all very polite and friendly . Breakfast is great too!

Lighting in room not the best and the TV is small by today’s standards. Good location though with a Sainsbury’s next door. Staff friendly

rooms clean and tidy, spacious and so so quiet ! fantastic location, great staff .

Order the Gnocchi if you can. It's delicious. Filini pizza also quite nice. Oh, and the bruschetta is superb.

Nice hotel free wifi for guests only 9rooms on each floor clean tidy spacious only let down is the room lighting

Really nice hotel *but* make sure to ask for soft pillows as mine were very high, hard and uncomfortable.

Nice hotel but the staff elevate themselves and think they work at the Plaza in London (who's staff are not above themselves). Strange! ain't it ???

Just walk up College Green an have a Pint in one of the local Pubs !

The breakfast buffet and coffee was the simplest I've seen in any hotel for years. I will go out for breakfast next time. Basically sliced bread and jam .

No WiFi No 3g full of noise - stag & hen parties! location next to Quayside bars . were on top floor & still got plenty of noise from streets below Clean tidy & spacious rooms don't make up fir noise

Decent hotel to be fair , the lift is a nightmare though

Better value but not as good service as the Marriott opposite the road . Spaghetti bolognese is good. Filini was very disappointing

Good wi-fi in my room and no noise. Reception staff not very friendly though.

Lovely rooms but sat nav has a nightmare getting here and you end up driving around the one way system multiple times before parking in an NCP ten mins away!

The lifts have crap logic. Pray you are close to the 1st floor at breakfast time , coz your gonna end up using the stairs.

Stains on carpet, ambivalent staff , air con breakdown, noisy . Location is awesome, sadly the hotel disappointments. Tip: Change your reservation to The Bristol Hotel (Jury's) one street away

Waited and waited for lift from 5th floor at breakfast time and eventually gave up and walked down. Shame as the hotel itself is tidy and well situated.

Elevators are so small and slow that they're next to useless.

Habitaciones muy chulas. Excelentes vistas. WiFi gratis en la habitación . Solo una pega 2 camas unidas en lugar de una sola.
