Excellent white carrot cake (no black style). Super crispy and very unique. Quite a long wait tho (45min this time) but they give you a queue number and buzz when it's ready.

45 mins wait on a Saturday afternoon. Very unique pancake-like carrot cake . Worth the try and Michelin Bib Gourmand.

No. 10 on "Top 50 World Street Food Masters" 2017 list. No. 1 is Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle , also from Singapore

They only prepare the white version. So fans of black sauce will hv to order fr another (less popular) stall nearby

Long wait : D reason 4 d long waiting time is d meticulous way they fry each batch. Evenly, divided in similar sizes, & it appears for some predetermined time. Order a drink while u wait

The Best White Carrot Cake In Singapore.

It's not bad but I think the Fu Ming Carrot Cake (#01-49) at Blk 85 Redhill Food Centre is much better leh.
