If you got the Glow with the Show Mickey ears and they stop working and changing the batteries doesn't help, go here and they can replace your hat. But they will test it with new batteries first.
If you are facing the store, to your left locate what could appear to be a water fountain . Beneath that is an outlet to charge your phone. You're welcome.
