Awesome customer service! Everybody at the Genius Bar is knowledgeable and can explain what is going on in lay terms. This will be my go-to Apple Store from now on.

Great experience here. Went in to repair my shattered screen, had to wait longer since they were short staffed and the manager comped the $38 charger I was buying. I wasn't even complaining!

Apple store gives student and government and military discounts . Make sure you ask about the discount on your next purchase (proof required). Ask for Brandon, he will get you hooked up!

In less than 10 minutes I had my new iPad mini with Retina (well , for my wife, I'm with Android all the way). Great service and attitude.

AppleCare warranty: I found out it would not cover a crack in the MacBook screen. When I protested and mentioned that I might sue Apple the service tech DJ said he could not help me get it fixed!

Decent staff at this location, but def go before lunch (M-F) to avoid crowds.

I am a little unclear as to why my MacBook Hard drive needed to be replaced after only one year? Maybe I need some sort of cooling contraption? Anyone know?

I've been here at least once a year- always in January. Smaller store than the one in my hometown and always packed. They need more space in this location.

This place is always crowded .

This place truly has an audaciously awful customer service. Rudeness is quite a consumer item among the staff here.

Wear pads, it's hard to move around with all the customers.
