Incredible customer service! If it is Christian Dior see Caroline and if is it Tom Ford look for Grace. In the fragrance department, Bond No. 9 ask for Eduardo and for Creed either Salem or Senka.

I work for NARS cosmetics and love everyone I work with. Awesome atmosphere anywhere in the store and everyone is approachable and always ready to help and make anyone happy at the end of the day!!!!!

New charging station across from Customer Service, you can order a latte or peach ice tea & have it delivered to you while you're charging your phone!

Seriously the best customer service in the whole mall . Not pushy , always knowledgable , and so nice. Worth the slightly higher price tag.

I love the t.b.d. Department on the 3rd floor! Everyone is so nice and friendly . The department has really cute stuff as well . The best department in the store if you ask me.

The customer service in women's shoes is sub-par. I had to hunt for a sales associate instead of being greeted when I entered the department. They definitely need some refresher training .

The She crab soup is creamy and delicious and has both lump crab meat and lobster

There are two very comfortable leather chairs near the escalator on the second floor. They're perfect for lounging in while you wait for someone to finish shopping.

If you buy something here make sure you go to customer service on 3rd floor and get free parking validation for the mall garage !

Excellent customer service, as long as you let your "server" know what you expect! I would never call them pushy .

Theyre not very helpful. They judge your pocket based on your appearance. I hate shopping here bc of the service but they have certain brands i cannot find in other places.

You have to make a $25 purchase in order to get free parking ! They no longer validate if you have Nordstrom card.

There's a Nordstrom Rack across the street with wonderful deals.

Bathrooms on the third floor include a mothers' room and a comfy sitting room.

Love the BP section! The staff is always friendly and ready to help.

Check out the Espresso Bar for the Mocha Banana Ice Storm. Fabulous.
