They have farmed out much of their smaller supporting items like shoes to the "Finish Line ", sunglasses to "Sunglass Hut", watches to someone else. Macy's is their own little mall inside the mall .
Take your parking ticket so they can validate it for you
Parking validation is on the 3rd floor by human resources. BRING YOUR GREEN PARKING TICKET and that day's receipt or thru won't do it.
Check out the new Impulse section! Much better display and selection of merchandise (BCBG, Kensie, 7, Sanctuary, Free People, Bar III, etc.)
Better stocked than the one in Pentagon City Mall . But their credit card payment system was offline on a Black Friday Event

OK just like any other Macy's. The sale options ate very good.
Parking validation has moved to the watch counter which is so stupid because it's not near the garage entrance.
Buying a gift off of the registry? Go to the counter on the 3rd level to view the registry, place your order and get free shipping.
Finding a salesperson, let alone one who speaks English, is a biblical feat.

The Karl Lagerfeld line looks more like Karl's personal wardrobe than Chanel. Not wowed.

Ladies, the 3rd floor customer service center smells like the bathroom .
The bathrooms are a disgrace. Dirty , no soap, etc. All counters soaking wet so no place to put your bags.
