This is one of the best Express in the DC Metro area! I've brought tops here that were not available at other stores or online! Love it!
This is the BEST Express in the DC Metro area. I find clothes here that you will not find at other stores or online!
If you shop here often sign up for the membership. They will send you emails when they are having sales and coupons in the mail for 50-75 dollars off.
The worst Express store I've been to. Only 2 cashiers and the one Ivey stuck with doesn't know how to give military discount .
These prices are ridiculous and the clothes aren't all that.
