Amazing place! Definitely worth all the trip by bus down there! The Chinese Venice, I like to call it.
I wasn't sure if I had to go there or not. But now i have to admit it was one of the best places I visited during my stay in China. Here you could get a feeling of what the real China might be.
One of the many water towns near Shanghai, similar to Xitang and Zhouzhuang, nice to walk around and take a short boat ride when it’s not too hot out. ????♀️
We got there by Public Transport which took 1:30 to get there. At first the old town was a bit tricky to find but if you follow the rishka's you'll be ok. And what a nice Town it is!
Highly recommend Hexin Garden in Zhujiajiao, as the pic showing. My boyfriend’s favourite place
Beautiful ancient town perfect for tourists in Shanghai with half-a-day to spare.
Zhujiajiao Water Town , aka Zhujiajiao Water Village , is well-known throughout the country , with a history of more than 1,700 years. The little fan-shaped town is regarded as Shanghai's Venice.
1 and half hour journey from Shanghai city . Worth to spend a half day there to visit the ancient town .. :)
Doesn’t have as much of the touristy crap as the other watertowns, it has a lot more food and it’s a lot bigger than you think. You can definitely get lost here.
There is a nice & elegant Gramma sitting behind a small window. Her 10 yuan portrait paper-cut captures the moment perfectly. Like fairytale????
So beautiful, You can walk a lot!, and there's a lot of nice spots to see. You will really enjoy it!
Very similar with Tongli, Pinjiang street and other ancient towns in Suzhou.. also jammed pack with tourist and locals.
If you want to go back to Metro station Line 17, you had better take a boat heading Ancient post office and there you could ride rickshaw heading metro station with only 20 RMB for 2 persons.
Not bad for weekend from shanghai
Smells like stinky tofu from start to finish. Don't buy the all-attraction pass, only the garden is worth seeing.
Lovely traditional Chinese village
Great place... 12 RMB bus trip from Shanghai Pu'An Rd, 45 min... Perfect.
love go to there
Dirty place should find solution for that if they want to attract tourism !!
y el mounstro del lajo ande andara?
酱园右手斜对面的酱店里酱菜也很好吃
好像非流行的软件几乎都能用
