I heeded some advice and can confirm the mushroom Swiss was fantastic! Small burger shanty, be prepared to wait on the porch , they'll supply cold beer in an old bathtub so no worries.

Amazing!! Don’t be fooled by the size, the 1/2 Pound burgers make up for it. Definitely a must stop in Amarillo! Chilli burger is a must try and fries are stellar!

Best whole in wall I've been. Burger from Hell is what you need to get. Their fries are gigantic and you can share with 4. Waitress was really helpful!

I had the bacon cheeseburger-best burger I have had in a VERY long tine! We also got the cheese fries ...definately worth the price & wait...food came out pretty quick & service was AWESOME!

Awesome atmosphere, the staff is WONDERFUL. I had the mushroom Swiss with grilled onions on white bread . AMAZING. The fries are good too. You cannot pass up this joint.

THE GOOD: Excellent food. Don't come looking for health food. THE BAD: Very limited seating and the decor leaves something to be desired.

Even if you don't order the Burger from Hell you'll feel the effects. The capsaicin in the air makes the whole joint choke up. Non hell burgers were good, BTW
