Huckleberry is a casual upscale eatery in Santa Monica. Always save room for a dessert from the pastry counter: the seasonally-filled crostatas and fresh fruit tarts never fail to please.
The prosciutto-stuffed croissants & flaky bacon-maple biscuits are sublime! It gets crowded on Sunday mornings so go early! Featured at PLATE LA Weekly's 5th Annual Food & Wine Event March 3rd, 2013! Read more

Braised White Beans & Kale with Eggs , Grain Stone Fruit and Organic Chicken Salad , BLTA, Ratatouille Sandwich , Monkey Bread
Baked goods are phenomenal here, but that Bacon Cheddar Biscuit BAFFLES ME! It's crumbly and dry looking, but when you stick it in your MOUTH it's so good, more moist than you'd expect & SO addictive!
For the breakfast burrito , the pride of the whole concoction is the Niman Ranch bacon , served wide and deep, with a sweet and smoky taste to every bite. Read more
Santa Monica's most loved breakfast spot will probably have a long line & a longer wait for ur food to show up. Prepped food is pretty is good but ur better off jus snagging baked goods from the case

I used to not like this place so much but have changed my mind. The breakfast burrito completely redeemed the place and wow the baked goods are delicious. Thumbs up!
Perpetually crowded for its maple-bacon biscuits , Valrhona chocolate–dipped doughnuts , and egg sandwiches stuffed with bacon , Gruyè re, & tangy aioli . More places to eat like a local tandl.me/12ufz7c
you'll think you want the fried egg sandwich . don't do it. you'll only wish you'd gotten the green eggs and ham . also, maple bacon biscuit , prosciutto gruyere croissant , and whole wheat scone .
Peach custard tarts are amazing. Made with a real, not canned peach half. The pastry is croissant dough that is crispy and the bottom layer breaks off leaving you a butter saturated sheet. So good
The line for their pastries & brunch is often out the door. I would wait in a line twice as long. Favorite bakery in all of LA.
The fried egg sandwich bites you back with the flavor of the aioli and arugula . It's $10.50 and it doesn't look like it, but it's worth it. I'm still eating mine and I want another!
Be forewarned that it is perpetually crowded , especially on the weekends, when you might be better off picking up something to-go (like the rest of the Santa Monicans) and eating it curbside. Read more
Really good pastries and bakery , the cookies were delicious! I had the Granola with Fresh Fruit & Greek Yoghurt - the portion is huge but this is America!
Perfect cafe style breakfast spot . Baked goods , porridge , coffee , came here 4 days in a row and had something different and tasty every time.
Try the brisket hash , or the green eggs and ham (pesto supplies the green, La Quercia prosciutto provides the ham ). Read more
Get the bread pudding no matter what you do. I have brought this on flights before for gifting purposes. It's worth it.

Breakfast dishes with eggs were creative and delicious. Pastries are awesome. Be prepared to wait in a long line to order breakfast .
If you're the kind of person to Instagram your food, and boast all day about the organic and non-gmo place you ate at, this is the place for you! Also, pre-made food. No modifications entertained.
Free non-timed parking in the back by valet. Prepare for a 10-15 min wait on weekends. LOVED the duck hash ! Check out the brunch menu it changes weekly!
If there was any café that was "so LA", this is it. The bakery and café uses organic and farmer's-market ingredients in all their delicious pastries and dishes.
Eggs Sammy is crackalicious. We held off on the other egg sammy, and did the granola instead. Granola was bangin, but it ain't an egg sandwich , les-be-aaaaanest. *pour the homemade hot sauce on it all
Delicious breakfast , quick turnaround . Be prepared to wait in a long line . Worth it. That evil counter though, ahh staring at all those goodies waiting to pay when you're starving, so cruel.
For turkey lovers , go for roasted turkey sandwich .. Great service .. Average coffee .. Crowded with no parking .. Recommended for a brunch ..
Try to go during the week- not nearly as busy as the weekend. Gluten free lemon pistachio cake was delicious. Salted Carmel Bar & crostata were also faves.
The pastries , bread , and baked goods are great, as are the sandwiches , like the now-famous fried egg sandwich topped with arugula and a slab of bacon .
If you like meat, briscuit hash is a must. More like a stew . All the baked goods are freshly-made exceptional, especially the tarts . There's a line but it moves quick. Among LA's top breakfast spots .
Great pastries and breakfast food !! Haven’t tried lunch yet but it looks really good. Coffee is excellent!!
This place is amazing! Eat anything, and you won't be sorry, all yummy. (Gren eggs are even better)
Skip the line for the best thing here: the pastries . Get whatever the cornmeal cake is that day, to go. Food is fine, but an egg on some frisée is never worth a wait or these prices.
Everything is fabulous. Order as much food as you think you could possibly eat, and then pastries for breakfast the next day. Zoe Nathan, I love you!
Get here early, they don't accept reservations . Bakery items are amazing. Sandwiches are the best I've ever had. The breads are incredible. Favorite for Santa Monica.
Came back and had some awesome poached eggs over grilled veggies .
Oh the coffee is sooooo good. Fried egg sandwich is the bomb! Homemade bread . Huge portions . Pricey but worth it.
One of the best Breakfast and brunch places in LA. AMAZING ♥️
The muffins are to die for ????
Go early to get the best selection of bread . It sells out quickly.
Good for breakfast , great for baked goods . The breakfast burrito & Maple Biscuit is my breakfast goto pick.
I went on a Monday morning for breakfast and well worth it.
Go for the breakfast and stay for the lunch . All the baked goods are good, but the sandwiches are the best!!
A well-oiled machine -- you wander in and the line is long & the place is packed. However, the line moves fast, a table is always ready before your food, and the staff is pleasant. Delicious!
Coming in at just over $14, the weekend breakfast burrito is amazing. Read more
The turkey meatball sandwich , the green eggs and ham , pastries ! & if the strawberries are in season...the best strawberry shortcake EVER!

Wonderful! Heaven @ the counter with all of the delicious homemade pastries ! Food is Farm to Table goodness! Order the fried egg sandwich = Amazing!
Maple bacon biscuit and salted caramel bar ... hell yeah. Free parking in the back, get here before 11 if you want to try the breakfast
