It can be confusing, but just use the machine at the right to buy a ticket for your order, wait at entrance to be seated, when seated, give them your ticket and done!
塩ラーメン 820円。細ストレート麺 。豚 チャーシュー 、鶏 チャーシュー 、細切りのメンマ 、ネギ、フライドオニオン。豚 は脂身の少ない焼豚 タイプ。鶏 は皮の付いた大ぶりな身で、少し臭みを感じた。「信玄鶏 」を用いたスープ はさっぱりとした味わい。表面にはコクを補う鶏 油が浮かぶ。感動はあまりなく、無難にまとまっている印象。820円としては、やや物足りない。
せたがや系列のラーメン屋 。開店したてだから接客のレベルは低く、不快感を持ちました。
中華そば を食べました。フツーに美味しいけど、前日に食べたソラノイロと比較すると、ちょい残念????ここでは鶏 白湯一本で????

醤油とんこつ 元（はじめ）¥980、薄皮ぎょうざ¥360、生ビール¥600銀座で野方ホープ。天井の高い小洒落た設えですね。背脂たっぷり豚骨醤油にもっちり食感の中太ちぢれ麺。マイルドなカエシと背脂でまろやか仕立て。ちょっと豆板醤とニンニク入れたくなりますね。薄皮ぎようざはミニサイズ。 - 能継 上田
