ランチタイム（11〜15時）はラーメン 注文客限定のサービスがあります。①ごはん サービス②＋180円で選べるぎょうざ（野菜 たっぷりぎょうざ4個or生姜 ぎょうざ4個orひとくちしそ 入りぎょうざ5個）
醤油 とんこつ 元（はじめ）¥980、薄皮ぎょうざ¥360、生ビール ¥600銀座で野方ホープ。天井の高い小洒落た設えですね。背脂たっぷり豚 骨醤油 にもっ ちり食感の中太ちぢれ麺 。マイルドなカエシと背脂でまろやか仕立て。ちょっと豆板醤 とニンニク 入れたくなりますね。薄皮ぎようざはミニサイズ。
一日一麺 。創龍「大江戸黒醤油 」。換気でドア全開の中で口にする麺 とスープ に、洗練された具材！数分間の至福のとき！
