Sea Urchin Udon has great flavor and I absolutely love it. But the sea urchin are cooked so the texture is rough rather than creamy. I'd recommend trying it once, but it won't be my go-to udon .

Bomb udon ! Tried the Uni udon ! I didnt think I would like the creamy broth, but it tasted very light and smooth! Went close to dinner opening and on weekday so wasn't too crowded !

Quite the wide selection of dishes, and you get a large serving with each. The pork belly appetizer is a great start to the meal and noodles melt in your mouth. The sea urchin is great.

Sit at the back bar so you can watch the guy make the udon . Fantastic. Tempura egg is sublime. Tried the shrimp tempura and the beef soups , both were amazing.

The beef udon is really refreshing and the beef quality is really good, but I was pretty disappointed by the duck/shrimp/chicken udon mainly because of the meat texture.

Hand cut udon is the star of the show at this Little Tokyo noodle shop that mixes Japanese and Italian flavors. 4 stars.

Awesome udon noodles . I had the Mentai squid butter udon and it was the best squid I ever had. It was definitely worth the wait.

The Duck Nanban Udon is my go-to. Add the kakiage rice bowl if you're looking for a bigger meal.

Udon is made before your eyes, the Jidori tempura egg is one of the best things I have ever had and well the uni udon is like sex in a bowl.

Uni udon was okay. Noodles were really good though. Always try to arrive well in advance of closing. Otherwise you may not be seated.
