Good location, great service, the wifi speed is great!

The wifi is actually fast IF you register for the free connection and even faster for the premium. If you don't register, you still get a connection but which now explains the negative comments here.

Breakfast are lovely choices, healthy English breakfast I believe can make your day. Big hotel and I think sometime they don't have enough people to take care busy hour! Nearby hammersmith station 👣

Pay to use wifi , bfast open at 6am, joining a tour ? Wait at ground level. Checking in? 1st level. Free use of computer on first level. 6 computers only. Tv channels few. Nice simple bfast . Overall, ok

Good location near public transportation hub , but not too close to the city center. The room was ok, the tub a bit small. Breakfast was very reach and tasty.

There are plenty of places nearby to eat but the Singapore Noodles on the bar menu are worth staying in for!

Rooms are not great but OK, the WiFi works but the free variant is pretty slow. Upside: the barkeepers sure know how to make great Martinis !

Wifi at the reception is free. You can find other free spots on the different floors too.

It's like the titanic when it sank. Old glory! Overall dirty and the breakfast staff is far from friendly . The rooms threw me back to the 90's. This places needs an upgrade. It would be better.

You can use their free internet with their Mac. But you need to register self every 40 minutes. Luckily they don't need unique email.

Hotel is OK, bar and restaurant pretty good, too bad there's no WiFi in the rooms but only (not free) LAN cable in the smartphones and tablets era. Wireless internet available only in the lobby.

Breakfast buffet provided is good. Easy access to tube station . There are some rooms where Wi-Fi doesn't work, for example the room in which I stayed.

Good for a one night stay. The staff is very friendly but the rooms plain and in need of maintenance. Room services was so-so. The wifi is good

Get at least two room keys as they fail all the time! Will save you a lot if elevator waiting time

The staff should we aware that the heating was on level Burning Hell and it was impossible to enjoy our dinner because of that.

Watch out for car park bill. They can charge a whole hour for just 1 minute parking at £3.50. Daylight robbery!!

Rooms on higher floors have better views , but the lifts are terrible and you end up waiting for ages. Average and functional - better hotels for the money.

Bottle Diet Coke doesn't mean glassed bottled here. It means 2litre plastic bottle but the service is friendly .

Must be the worst Accor hotel ever, and I'm a Gold member so I've seen quite a few.

If you need a taxi , order it at reception despite being London the nearest rank is Hammersmith tube!!

dear manager , i dont know why in your nice hotel , there is a scary painting in room 9054, make me had nightmare all night long . very very bad interior or you have a shit joke !!!!
