been here during company's family trip. helloooo..we checked in at 3pm and towels only available at 4.30pm? even el cheapo chalet can provide towels before guests.

This hotel juzt been upgraded to 5 star.convenient as the mall has restaurant and everything u need during vacation with family

Nice room. Wifi is quite good. Indulge yourself in chocolate downstair!

Have to walk quite a distance from the parking area to the lobby. Overall stay is ok. Have to go through traffic jam around 7-9pm to exit the duty free zone.

Best part they checked us into a room ppl tgh occupied nasib baik masa buka pintu xde org tapi brg bsepah 1344 then changed 2 14th flr. Doesnt the system supposed 2 detect occupied rm. Embarrasing!!

Tired looking hotel . Stayed for 5 days and never once the morning paper delivered despite numerous complaints.

Called the reception.1st they put me on hold.Then they hung up on me not once, not twice, effing 4 times. And of course I walked all the way down to the lobby to assists myself. Poor customer service.

Its now under Berjaya Group and property name change to Berjaya Waterfront Hotel Johor Bahru .

Its very convenient to go into singapore. The woodlands checkpoint is very near. Less than 3 minutes to get there.

i'll give 3 star for this 5-star hotel .is it self proclaimed?due to the parking .if u have heavy luggage,u better go valet. otherwise u have to carry the load upstaits.like i did :'( not cool at all

Not bad.. Happening night life.. Confirm x bleh tido Awal coz the live band playing at d ground floor can be heard in the room.. Siapa duduk lower floor lagi suka/ tension kot.. 

5star hotel ? then install some escalator from level 6 parking la.

Not worth the money, badly maintain hotel . Car park very far from room. No nearest access to room. No coffeehouse available. Surrounding seems like unsecure. Better go to grand bluewave.

For the breakfast buffet , try the nasi lemak ! Besttttt

Free wifi at every room. But tv got no movie channel. Late at night you'll have nothing to watch so bring an ipad/tab/playbook/netbook along

Tonnes of good cheap pubs at Fun Zon.. Rooms are just alright..they do provide ironing board though

Food at the hotel can be quite expensive . A 5 minute walk would take you seafood restaurants adjacent to the surau

Nothing good experience yet .. no air conditioning for 1st night ... 2nd night was a nightmare ... with baby under 2 years ... crying every now and then... carpark was quite a distance ..

Cheap hotel with extremely slow & lousy service! You may not get to check in at 2pm even when u confirmed your room reservation . Minimum shopping available.
