For a relatively cheap place with ample space and good drinks, I’m not complaining. For the Seaport , it’s definitely a good option. Put this restaurant anywhere else though, and we’d keep on walking.
My favorite neighborhood spot ! Great place to catch up with friends over frozen margaritas and the food is simple but pretty good, with big portions .
On Taco Tuesdays you can score 2 tacos + a frozen marg for only $10.... Find me better value than that in NYC and I'll let you name my first born. No frills, good value and good times.
Fun and relaxed. Never too crowded . Great place to grab drinks with friends (esp the frozen margaritas ). Always has a friendly atmosphere , maybe it's the Christmas lights . Or Canadian flags.
This place has got inexpensive shots. Their shrimp tacos are well done. I would go back here with a group of friends and have their mystery shots. Inexpensive place in Seaport , NY
I was surprised by the variety of choices. The menu is rich and the service is good. The food was good. However, I had higher expectations about the taste and was a bit disappointed.
The frozen margarita is amazing according to my friends. GET THE NACHOS - so good. The shrimp tacos were OK, could have more flavour. V slow service though and u should reserve if you can!
Very low-key, no-frills bar with many regulars under the Brooklyn Bridge . Great margarita happy hour . Live music of varying quality.
Sweet potato fries and blackened white fish are delish! Generous portions and great value for the price
Tacos . Just get the tacos !! Shrimp fish chicken and beef . And to drink, the Mecalada, spicy ! #TACOS
Nosh on French toast rolled in Cap’n Crunch for weekend brunch , and fresh seafood and comfort dishes at the casual eatery near South Street Seaport .
The FiDi building that houses Cowgirl Sea-Horse has one hell of a history. Dating back to 1807, it was once a flower market , Radio Mexico, and one of the first on record to be owned by a black man.
You can get the sliders with onion rings for two bucks extra - totally worth it
The wings and chicken quesadillas are on point and the frozen margaritas but don’t forget to add a flavor, it’s twice as nice!!
So obsessed w cowgirl seahorse! The black eyed pea salsa is amaze so is the guac and the veggie quesadillas and please have the chicken verde enchiladas !!!! To die for!!!

Jalapeño stuffed with shrimp and wrapped with bacon ...spicy and tasty.
A fun themed restaurant that's a bit off the beaten path. Decent food and fun atmosphere .
The chopped salad with chicken and bacon is killer. Definitely add some hot sauce to kick it up a notch.
Come on $2 Taco Tuesday !! SUCH A GOOD DEAL !!! Also, Sit in the back for a much more cozy setting. loves
The "all chopped up" salad with chicken is amazing. Also the whiskey pork chops and fish tacos , black eye peas salsa , ...really everything!!! Come here!! Service is amazing!!!
Try the refreshing $5 margaritas during happy hour – with their chips and salsa . The music is a little loud for conversation, so probably not a good first date restaurant .
Just like their location on Hudson street. Great margaritas and pulled pork sandwich
Come here on taco Tuesday for the deals. Get the chicken quesadilla too.
Good seafood , good drinks. Fish and chips is amazing, so are the nachos .
The frozen margarita is the way to go!
Fish tacos are the thing to get. The frozen margarita is pretty good, too.
Excellent Taco Tuesday , but not enough beer or margarita specials to go along with it.
The chicken quesadilla will please young and old. The Cowgirl Seahorse is a fail proof place to come with your family or friends.
The margaritas are delicious!! $5 on Tuesday until 7 or $11 any other day. Worth it!
Bright interior, ocean-themed decor, inexpensive comfort food , massive portion , all in FiDi.
The coconut shrimp and jerk chicken was tasty. The drinks were pretty cheap
the meal was timed impeccably, food was great, would eat / drink / hangout here again!
Chopped salad was delicious. Blackened fish tacos on point. They have ginger beer . Good spot.
Hidden gem of a brunch spot right off the bridge
$2 oysters and half priced bottle of wines on Wednesday! Order the oysters Rockefeller yummm
Went for lunch . Nice enough place but be warned the $9 fish tacos would struggle to fill a cat and taste predominantly of tortilla . I was told its a bigger portion at dinner . Corn dog was good though.
The sweet potato fries are too die for. The baby back ribs are so yummy. The vibe is chill .
Great service. Great food. Fun atmosphere .
Live music on Mondays and Trivia Night on Wednesday!

Super fresh and simple! Love the Rosie's margarita! For food, I loved the beef tartar, pork tacos, and ribs. If you're into spicy try the scallop ceviche. - Kathleen Corless
Awesome fried seafood with a decent selection of beer. The environment is the best aspect about this place. Great place to watch a game, eat some fried seafood and drink out of a 32oz styrofoam cup. - J Thomas

A “must visit”! Great view of Manhattan. It’s a very popular place for wedding proposals too, so you may be lucky to catch one - I did! Note: The pedestrian way from Brooklyn is a bit hard to find. - John Agapitos
