Great Hotel . Only stayed one night, but I will be back! Very modern and hip , extremely nice hotel for the younger professional traveler. Huge King size beds with great views while you sleep!
Very cute hotel in a central location. The rooms are spacious and look just like the pictures online. The service is amazing and the restaurant downstairs (Beatrix ) is very good as well .
Nice, no nonsense, eco-friendly; great restaurant (tasty food, ambiance, decent prices). No problems with water pressure . Also, you may hear a siren or two. This is a city . Things happen here.
Love the location in the city , but note that it's located just around the block from the fire station , so you'll hear sirens on the regular. Windows aren't that sound proof.
Catering to a younger business traveler with free wifi , a green program and variations on "re" --recharge, refuel. Rooms kind of remind me of a prison cell/cruise ship - ok for a nite or 2 no more!
Be careful using the top of the dresser. There's gap behind the dresser & it can't be moved. If u drop anything behind it, make sure u have long arms, a pair of chopsticks or tongs to pick it up!!
Their mirrors make me look skinny, so... This is the best hotel in Chicago (IMO).
The hotel gives you earplugs if you have a hard time with the noise. Perfect place for our honeymoon kick off. We are not from around here And the staff was extremely courteous and helpful!
Lovely hotel in a really central spot. Free Wifi and a lovely coffee bar / restaurant downstairs .
Super comfy bed and pillows , spacious rooms and great design. Everything's new and nice.
Friendly staff and clean rooms . Rooms are small. Shower pressure is poor and TVs do not yet have smart features like other Marriott properties. (Netflix,Hulu, etc)
Be warned, we heard sirens all day and night. Seriously, not sure if its just Chicago or if this hotel is located too close too a hospital , fire or police station or what? Made for a rough night sleep
The iron is well hidden, but it's in your room already!
If you're a platinum member, opt for breakfast over points. Beatrix is excellent.
Great hotel and very convenient when you’re working in the Loop.
The staff is super friendly , but if you valet add 10 more minutes than you'd expect. Also, not a fan of some of the furnishings the clock and blinds were subpar.
Nice hotel , nicer than most Alofts because there is a full service kitchen in here.
Highly recommend for its location and Beatrix downstairs!
Fantastic hotel ! Nice energy, friendly staff , modern design ...GREAT VALUE!!
Great hotel . Really enjoyed staying there.
Hotel is nice, no pool and drop off and pick up is a pain.
Incredibly well designed hotel rooms. They make the most of a smallish space.
Very cool new hotel . Minimal but very hip . Great vibe.
Rooms are nice and front desk was friendly .
Some stranger's hair in the bed. That says it all. My first time experiencing this at Starwood properties.
Clean , cute , and a great location.
Only Aloft I have stayed in with a restaurant - sweet!
Good simple place, friendly people but hit or miss on the housekeeping.
Water pressure in shower is low...by product of a green building?
Official hotel of this year's @ChicagoTEN Alumni Challenge #amazecrawl
Just your standard Aloft. Service was great though.

The build-your-own chicken chilaquiles at brunch are always super delicious! - Dustin McQuary
In the Lobby bar they have their own brews. They had a Honey Wheat beer that was pretty good for only $5.75 (cheap for Chi standards). Being a fan of honey brown and honeyweiss, this was excellent. - Lee Forkenbrock
Fabulous hotel. Great staff, cozy, very well appointed and high-tech rooms! - Evan Gramis
Love this Westin. We stay here every time we are in downtown Chicago. - Lee Forkenbrock
Best deep dish pizza in Chicago. Service is very slow though. Deep dish usually takes an hour to get done but when it's crowded, 30mins. Deep dish cookie for dessert is amazing! - Christina Chang
Hot dogs of course but the chopped salad is amazing!!! Their house dressing is to die for - Abbie Keating
A more casual dinner that's great after a long day walking a trade show. Their tortas and soups are all wonderful! - QC Industries Conveyors
