Great gym but they need new cardio equipment . Especially the adaptive cross motion trainer one is not enough!! Especially when the same people hog it!! Rant over
Great atmosphere and no attitude! Please wear deodorant and wipe the machines down with disinfectant when you have finished your workout! Also please Refrain from grunting like a disgusting animal !
Train at lunch times, it's much quieter . Great selection of machines and cardio equipment . Great for the people who want to train in a serious and focussed environment

The beat time to train is after 10pm. A gym that is open until midnight is brilliant.
