This place is several notches above whatever you’re expecting of a chain and just about the perfect place to book on the company’s dime. It’s centrally located and full of plush amenities .
Two words: saline pool. On the *second* floor. Swimming with a view of downtown high rises on a rainy day is sublime. Pro tip: fantastic local overnight with the kids.
Excellent hotel ! Great location, food and service! The beds are so comfortable ! Breakfast is AMAZING! Contrary to other reviews, the showers are perfectly fine with high quality bath products as well !
I can say the hotel overall was amazing and I would stay again. Always request the Corner King room so you have more windows and natural lighting . Awesome swimming pool , hot tub and sauna ! I recommend
everything here, from the service to the room to the pool to the breakfast is AMAZING. favorite place to stay in Seattle ???? ps. try the crab benedict at Urbane - you won't regret it.
This boutique hotel has a unique charm. The decor was beautiful, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast served in the garden was a lovely way to start the day.
Great location for tourists and conventioneers. Beautiful hotel ; very clean and modern. Just spent 8 days here and loved every one of them. Check out the 2nd floor gym , pool, spa , etc.
Wow! Room is beautiful, modern and clean . Spa has everything you could possibly need! Gorgeous items for sale in the spa area too.
Great hotel . Awesome spa with pool/steam room/sauna/hot tub so come prepared. Also fantastic gym for a hotel - squat rack and rower!

Internetless meetings: this hotel nickel-and-dimes meeting organizers , so you likely will not have internet service during your meeting. It is available for free on the first floor.
Very nice stay without any issues. Quiet , clean , modern. Many amenities . Close proximity to the convention center .
If you're at a meeting with no internet, try asking vendors if any if them purchased access and will share with you -- the hotel charges them much less than meeting organizers .
Clean , fresh, brand-new feeling. Great place to stay downtown and be close to Cap Hill too.
Definitely worth using a Diamond Suite upgrade here. Nice corner room with separate living room, bedroom, and luxe bath. Love this hotel !
Excellent modern hotel , kind and respectful staff , great location for business and leisure.
The higher the floor the better the view ! The service is amazing so leave a tip!
Beautiful rooms with elegant and spacious bathrooms . Even the "cheap " rooms are nice.
Nice, modern hotel . Diamonds can take breakfast benefit in room. Great salt water lap pool .
Great customer service, lovely hotel . Beds looked lumpy but were comfortable . The pillows collapsed to the point of being hard. Restaurant was ok but pricey . Didn't use the pool. Would stay again.
Outstanding customer service! There was a problem with my room and they upgraded me and comped snacks and beer . Will stay here again for sure.
Nice, new modern hotel within walking distance of good shopping and sightseeing.
Nice hotel but the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor says and does! The construction outside didn't help.
The only happy hour in the area. $3 beers ! Made it by 5 min!
Beautiful lap pool . It's a little shallow but it's beautiful.
The breakfast bar is amazing! And my latte is perfect.
The breakfast bar is amazing! And my latte is perfect.
Nice modern convenient hotel . Great at for a quick stay.
LEED certification means there are a few quirks-- you access the room service menu online rather than in the room directory.
eco hotel - be sure to take 2 key cards, because one has to be left in the wall to keep the lights on.
Excellent!
Nice hotel . Great service and convenient to the convention center
Need a get away? This is the hotel ! The spa is a must!
Thin walls. If you have a loud neighbour , the hotel will move your room if you request it.
Goat cheese scramble is the beat item on the breakfast menu .
Great nice and modern hotel . Wonderful happy hour prices.
The lap pool is great, especially in the morning before the kids get here.

highly recommend crab Benedict in room dining
Beecher grilled cheese with tomato soup :)
Sound proofing is as poor as a cheap roadside motel - can hear EVERYTHING in next rooms & corridor. Couldn't they spare a couple more inches of curtain to stop light gaps? Not even free water @$300pn
Great place to come for a weekend getaway.
Very thin walls hear everything in your neighbors room.
The Space Needle is just five minutes away from the hotel .
Clean and modern
