Fantastic downtown location. Friendly , personable staff . Free WiFi . Outdoor seating with fireplace . Awesome scenic views from room. Massive shower head w/great water pressure made showers a delight.

Wonderful boutique hotel with a very friendly staff and charming ambience. Great base to explore Seattle from or place to chill with some wine .

Amazing staff . They have a "plus one" mentality and it shows. From the front desk to housekeeping to engineering , they are only interested in giving you a great experience. Will stay here again.

Definitely get a room w view of the bay ! Wi-fi is free & we're amazed at the great connection & speed! Frolik has great cocktails & hanging out on the terrace was very relaxing! Pillows too fluffy :/

Great location in downtown Seattle. Within walking distance of most important Seattle landmarks . Nice rooftop patio on 5th floor too!

This hotel was so spacious . Room was clean and you get a little couch to watch tv on. Refrigerator in the room!! The FREE water is in the fridge . Friendly staff and an Alexa in the room.

They have Alexa in all the rooms and fold their Kleenex like the hotels logo, even teen pointed out he thought it was a fun touch.

A comfortable and cozy place with a good distance from a lot of downtown hotspot.

The showers here alone are worth getting a room for! High pressure and massive. Not very eco-friendly, but a nice little surprise.

Nice place, great location, nice staff . Price changed quite a bit from the two times Ive stayed here...$80 four years ago to $300+ this time. Not sure it was worth the $300.

Great hotel . Clean , fast free wifi , good location, nice big towels, thick curtains to block the outside light - very nice.

They have a bar called Froik Kitchen+Cocktails who is awesome! Great drinks and food!

Ask for one of the remodeled rooms upon check-in. Much better appointed than the older rooms.

noooo..there's no swimming pool or hot tub :*( rooms are fairly nice. they don't validate parking for 5 minute check in (it costs $8-9).

The service is so quick and cordial. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

First bedroom not cleaned . Second bedroom, the same. Third is good! They were really quite to react.

Good location, good rooms. Weird wine tastings in the lobby, which is presented as a feature but mostly makes the lobby smell weird.

There is one thing that drives me nut , and I mean nuts , no hot water ever, it is my only requirement, its missing here

Even though the WiFi internet here is free, it is SLOW AS BALLS!!!! It might as well be dial up

Nice looking rooms, but we had a bad experience. Slow wifi , shower leaks all over the floor, and thermostat won't keep the temperature. And 90% of the time the parking gate wouldn't open for us.

Order a spinach & mushroom omelette on the 5th floor for breakfast . It's awesome.

The concierge Susan is amazing. What a nice person. If you need anything see her.

Toilet paper is in awkward position behind. Otherwise very nice.

Not as nice as I would have expected. No breakfast . No pool. Just a room that feels like the '70s.

Well Im not sure what Ann meant by 'slow as balls'. Baseballs ? Snow balls? Jingle balls? But one year later the wifi is still painfully slow
