The ~$7 banh mi sandwiches are fairly big and probably the cheapest filling meal in this neighborhood .
Banh Mi , Fresh Bowls, and Fresh Rolls are all great. Recommend the Pork Bowl for a cheap , filling bite.
Pork banh mi is my favorite in town and has to be one of the top values around. Off-menu kale soup is delicious.
I don't think you can find a better sandwich for as cheap in the Bay Area. The bowls will also blow your mind. Impressively cheap and delicious.
The roasted pork banh mi is where it's at and quite filling! The duck banh mi is a little too sweet for my taste and not as filling.
Best teriyaki tofu banh my! Not just a slab of fried tofu and not a soggy mess. Add jalapeno but beware, it's super spicy .
No longer offering the neighborhood discounts to people who work here like every other restaurant in hayes valley does.
Shrimp spring roll is the best! Very authentic tiny restaurant tucked away in Hayes Valley!
$6.50 for a banh mi this good is a real bargain
Roast duck bahn mi is pretty ridiculous. On the small side but it's only $6.50. Nice touch with the cucumber water .
Tofu ban my and iced coffee is a must! I'm a huge fan of the food & people who run DragonEats!
Roasted pork banh mi was delicious
Bourgeois banh mi , but delish and reasonably priced for the neighborhood
Five spice chicken bahn mi
Reasonable price and really good taste.
For those nearby during working hours, this place is really fantastic!
Great sandwiches . The pork one it's the best!
simple and easy, great for a quick lunch
VeganSF: grab a tofu bowl and ask for soy sauce in place of the fish sauce .
Quick & easy. Teriyaki tofu banh mi is a good choice.
duck banh mi is so good!
Spicy tofu bowl
Good value , friendly staff
Best Fresh Rolls in town !
The duck bahn mi is delicious!
Get the pork banh mi , it's my favorite.
Cheapest bite in Hayes valley
Delicious fresh noodle bowls!
Bhan mi sandwiches
Garlic butter chicken !
Cucumber water is a nice touch.
Fast but small portions.
Delicious vietnamese sandwiches , a little more pricey than you'd find in the TL - but definitely worth it. Get the vietnamese iced coffee too. YUM.
Tofu sandwich , yes.
How come this is so cheap ?
They serve Cafe Du Monde coffee here. Because, you know, Vietnamese food always reminds me of New Orleans...
Fresh bowl
Greeted with jasmine tea on the house. Proper imperial rolls with lettuce wrap and noodles ???? wonderfully tender tendon in the pho. Large bowl for under $10! If Pho Tan Hoa closed on thurs- go here! - Max ????
Try the satay pho! It’s spicy and delicious. I always get it with 5 spice chicken. - Vansi
One of the Bay Area's shining stars and third wave coffee empires (now bought out by Nestle in Sept 2017), their coffee is always perfectly roasted, poured, and served. New Orleans Iced Coffee! - Johanna Sung
Macchiato with soy milk, wonderful. Very friendly and good place to watch people when it's warm outside. They use square wich is great. - Staffan Holmgren
Grab an ice cream, coffee, or pastry and enjoy the public art sculptures and laid back neighborhood vibes. - Thomas Gonzales
