Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte City Center

A wonderful hotel . Always stay there when in uptown Charlotte. Just make sure to never get a room near the pool or weight room because you will hear people working out and it's the worst.

The front desk people are so nice. I asked for an Italian take out place and the walked me to the restaurant .

A little dated. Definitely due for an upgrade. Furnishings are a little worn . Great spot for exploring the Queen City .

Street festival had ability to get to the parking deck completely messed up. Lobby is strange here, but I had no problems with staff . Beds comfy . View was not good, but...it's between buildings.

Lots of places to eat in the area. Good location but don't expect a lot from the hotel

Great Hotel , but fire alarm gets pulled occasionally by drunks around 4:15 AM.

Room 332 sux. The ice machine is noisy as hell. If you get any of the x32 rooms, get a change quickly.

Major lobby renovation in progress. Restaurant closed and only one elevator was available today (11/26) because of retiling the cars.

Restaurant in lobby has nice staff , good loaded potato soup but ice cold wings. Yuck.

As a Platinum member I would have expected more. The refrigerator in our room broke spoiling all our food. Hotel mgmt. wasn't very sympathetic and were difficult to work with. Will not stay there ever

Pillows are lumpy.
