Incredible meal, you can feel the creativity and detailed thoughts the chef put into every dish. This is way beyond the taste, recommend you to try the blue menu!!

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Get ready for an absolutely fabulous gastronomic experience. Expensive, but totally worth it: the food is from out of this world.

Dinner degustation menu for Feb 2017. 10-course for HKD 2,100 per person; 14-course for HKD 2,500. Wine pairing (7 wines ) HKD 1,380; Sommelier Ming Ng picked top-notch velvety wines

Genevieve Ho

Great flavors combined with the history of Hong Kong; playing on nostalgia for those who grew up with these Oriental influences 👍🏼

I really enjoyed X-treme Chinese Cuisine in 5/4 2010. Michelin started restaurant . My faves were Molecular and Dead garden . Glass of wines are a bit expensive . See the link for the photo. Read more

Great marriage of Cantonese food and molecular gastronomy . Some real flavor bombs here - Toro with noodles and dried shrimp oil, spherified cha siu bao , caviar on taro nest.

Cheen The Curious

There were hits & misses from their Feb'17 menu degustation for dinner . "Air" was a big miss for us, despite being open-minded abt molecular cuisine

Cheen The Curious

After desserts & before you leave the restaurant , they'll roll out the sweets trolley. Besides the creamy Rabbit brand milk candy , I also enjoyed the winter melon jelly

Ashley Chan

I found the dishes a bit tacky , and everything tried too hard to incorporate some HK history. Service was off. Felt like a tourist coming here. Definitely not a 3-star, though a few dishes were good.

Wilson Favre-Delerue

Mind blowing AND delicious, every single time. Never fails to delight.

Maruf Haider

Great molecular gastronomy experience. New take on traditional food - set menu won't disappoint.

Calista Goh

Like the new direction. Modern Asian foods with a western twist (mui choy ice cream with foie anyone?) food is pricey but the experience is worth every cent.

Cheen The Curious

Ming Ng, the in-house sommelier , knows his wine . We enjoyed his selection here

Indulge in the chef 's menu by Hong Kong's 'demon ' celebrity chef Alvin Leung , whose menu includes creative and molecular dishes. The 'Sex on the Beach ' is a racy and tasty treat, proceeds to charity .

Cheen The Curious

Even their washrooms are clean & classy . Bruce Lee is painted on the male toilet . Guess who's "Suzie" in the ladies?

Masha P

Amazing experience with 3 Michelin star . Our dinner was full and unique

Sum Wong

A dessert that resembles the famous Taiwanese pastry , pineapple cake . Blew my mind

Plutus Chuang

Unthinkable combination for different kind of "material", seafood is especially delicious !

Vivien Leung

Lunch is quite a deal compared to dinner . But u definitely need to experience both. Absolutely loved my experience here.

Andrew C.

Phenomenal meal, but not mind-blowing. However, it was a nice stroll down memory lane with one classical HK Cantonese dish after another done in a molecular way. Not sure I'll go back though.

Max Lmn

Cheung fun beef was amazing. Great for lunch

James Marshall

Interesting gastronomic ideas are incorporated in the Chefs menu. Worth giving it a try, check the place out.

Pote P

Crazy swagga chef with 2 Michelin stars awarded. Caviar crispy taro , Har mi and hairy crab dishes will make you drool. The taste of every dish will last until the next one arrive.

Chris L

The mui choy ice cream positively makes the Foie gras (which is already great - even if I've been having it every night all over HK). Bowl-licking good.

Eddy

Think there's some Michelin star inflation going on here...Decent meal, neat menu, but expected more from such a highly acclaimed restaurant .

Luxos Magazine

Considered Extreme Chinese Cuisine 'Demon Chef ' Alvin Leung Jnr. has broken new ground in the cutting-edge restaurant in Hong Kong . "I like to challenge people's expectations... Read more

Interesting dishes. Nice overall. Especially like the langoustine !

Chris L

Tomato 3-way: in vinegar, fried "pocket" w/ olive paste, tomato marshmallow - in love.

Colin Russell

definitely innovative..... hard to find though...go to the lift in Ship Street .... set lunch menu is the go

Paul Lomax

Excellent tasting menu , good wine selection too. Not the nicest area outside though, but let's ignore that and focus on the food!

Time Out Hong Kong

the egg waffles are studded with 36-month Iberico ham and a dash of mustard powder. Gimmicky? Yes. But we’re not complaining. Read more

Very innovative :) worth the visit.

Is it a restaurant ? I think they bought their star in Michelin to finish the guide in Asia. The waiters are not welcoming people at all and the food is really so so. One of my friend told me it's the
