DECAF COFFEE . Don't let them convince you into getting a decaf americano if you're not too keen on the taste of espresso . It only takes 5 minutes to brew a fresh pot or ask and see if they have a pour

Don't walk anywhere past western on Hollywood for coffee , you'll see things you never wanted to in your life.

Get the table by the front window for some nice ppl to chilling ????

No bathrooms for customers @ Hollywood Western location which makes drinking more than one beverage very risky!

Make sure you get your coffee from a fresh pot or the coffee grinds are gonna be in your cup.

When my Starbucks gold card was just loaded a day before...a manager had to step in to fix everything wrong she was doing. Took them 10 mins to get this one mans tea order in.

Just because the signs says that they open @ 4:30am during the week, doesn't mean they always do. :-(

The 2 blondes that work there have no clue what they're doing. I asked 4 non fat milk in my drink, instead, they made it with regular. It took her 5 minutes 2ring me up she said my card wasn't active.

They wouldn't let my son use the bathroom until I paid for my coffee ; even though I already ordered. The smart cashier gave the wrong code to bathroom ! Not the Starbucks Service I'm used to!

This place has terrible customer service. The employees are passive aggressive and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get a cup of water.

It's really loud in here. Seriously, turn the music down. People have to shout over it.

Dude, seriously, their bathroom was disgusting. It looked like a homeless person had been living in it and there was no toilet paper or soap. I shall not become the mayor any time soon.
