Hotel is a little old and run-down but still quite comfortable . Service is excellent and accommodating. This Swissotel is undergoing renovations right now (winter 2015-16).

Great hotel . Location so close to Clarke Quay, Riverwalk, Central & MRT was great. Room was clean , staff were helpful and friendly . Free wifi if you are a Circle member (which doesn't cost)!

The hotel itself is good. The location is even better. You got yourself a small mall near by with a starbucks and convenient store . Next to clarke quay. 7/10

great rooms, great view .. In the heart of clarke quay and chinatown area is nearby. Next to it is Central and MRT. Nice pool.

I stayed here for 117 nights and believe me the service was great. The hotel is a bit old yet comfy . Not to mention the location! The stamford is newer but the location is so so.

Amazingly devoid of Swiss themed accoutrements. Very dissappointed

Worst tea and service...my English breakfast tea was hot water in a mug and the tea bag on the side... Dessert came and waitress placed it lopsided on the table ontop of cutlery and walked away. Phail
