Nice boutique hotel in the heart of la capitàl. Slick design interiors, good bouffet breakfast and helpful staff , plus: a lovely panoramic terrace with a great little pool. Recommended.

The décor is a bit dated, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location next to Gran Via, the Metro, and shopping and restaurants .

Excelent everywhere except on the 7th floor! Impossible to sleep with all the noise of people going in and out of the terraze at night!

The place is amazing, but service and quality are not the best. We waited for a long time and then brought us the drinks with chips that had mold! Called the manager who said this was not his problem

The internet access is a bit confuse! Too much numbers and letters for each mobile device...

Moderno e acolhedor, mas com iluminação um tanto escura em seus corredores . O staff é um exemplo de simpatia, gentileza e cortesia. Ótima localização, voltaria a hospedar-me aqui. Recomendo.

Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, aunque es de lo mejor en Madrid y muy céntricas. El desayuno genial. El servicio mejor.

Las habitaciones son muy modernas . La junior suite parece una nave espacial. No hay room service, el servicio lo hace un prestatario que propone un menú fast food . La terraza un clásico de Chueca .

La terraza es impresionante , aunque no estés alojado en el hotel puedes subir... Eso si... Prepara la billetera!!!

Disfruta de este hotel situado en el corazón de Madrid y no te pierdas su magnífica terraza . ¡Y en verano tienen piscina !

No puedes perderte su terraza , abierta al público en primavera y verano desde las 8 de la tarde. Para una copa tranquila después del trabajo, o recuperarse tras unas compras en Fuencarral.

Bien situado pero al ser un sitio con terraza d moda no muy bueno para el descanso .. Fin d semana cuesta descansar Y dormir bien

Excelente hotel

Después de esperar 20 minutos a ser atendidos y rogar al camarero que nos sirviera.... Por fin nos han puesto un cosmopolitan en un vaso de plástico y un gintonic de marras. A la mierd* no vuelvo.
