The Khachapuri is their most popular dish for good reason! This delicious dish consists of cheese-filled bread , and organic egg , and local butter. I bet you can't order just one!
The sheer diversity of this neighborhood restaurant 's small menu is impressive, and the kitchen manages to excel at a number of different cuisines, ranging from South American to Georgian. Read more
Get the khachapuri . It's a Georgian dish resembling a cheese , butter, and egg calzone . It’s more addictive than Double-Stuffed Oreos . Also spring for the deep-fried baked potato . Read more
Really cool eclectic food. Def get the khachapuri , the barramundi , the chicken skewers , and the el pastor tacos . Avoid the compass rose drink unless you like the taste of rose wash :)
You'll find some fantastic and unique cocktails like the Not Worth the Sin in Rome made with Michter's bourbon , averna, orange grasp berry juice , and vanilla bean .
The theme here is Street Foods from around the world in small plates to share, and they do a great job at execution! Now open for weekend Brunch as well !
What a lovely place! I even got to meet the owner Rose .you must try khachapuri, popusas,Brussels sprouts ,trevise salad - all really great and tasty! Oh and try their georgian wine too!
Took about an hour to get a table. Had a drink at Bar Pilar, to pass the time. Everything was delicious, and the P3 G&T was fantastic.
Interesting place where you think it'd be hard to be good at so many different flavor profiles. Khachapuri was the star, but other dishes like the Jamaican curry , bhel puri chaat were also great.
I am getting hungry coming to this profile just to leave the review. They are insanely good. I enjoyed every single dish, but what I loved is the diverse many. Njam njam!
Such a unique dining experience!! I love the concept of tapas around the world. The food is delicious and service is nice, but the restaurant is very loud so it's hard to hear.
Just finished eating there. The American sausages were amazing. The mustard is spicy and the sausage was delicious; better yet, they were covered in cornbread !
Cool kitschy spot that may have the most culturally diverse menu I’ve seen. Focus is on street food from all diff countries . Hipster vibes
The Khachapuri is like amazing delicious Georgian pizza . The lomitas (pork sandwich ) is also a delight.
Some of the main plates were pretty small (lamb kabob , salad ) but the sandwiches were a good size and super delicious. Also don't miss the Georgian pizza .
One word: Khachapurri. The entire menu is always fantastic but this cheesy bread boat is really their staple dish.
Obviously the khachapuri is amazing, but so is everything else on the brunch menu .
Great vibes. Great music . Great staff . An absolute favorite of mine.
The strawberry shortcake dessert was easily the best thing I had during my tasting menu .
Everything is good here! Have the namesake drink at the bar while you wait for your table, you won't regret it!
Smallish menu. Great flavors. Not so great prices, but worth it for the right dishes.
Khachapuri , brussel sprouts , shishito peppers , flank steak with chimichirri!
The Khachapuri (Georgian Cheese Bread ) is a must have! Let your inner fatty loose!
Named after the lovely owner, Rose . She got the chef from Jaleo. Georgian street food is their specialty, so enjoy!
Great for sharing plates. Try the Fattoush and shrimp dish !
Eclectic street food menu with a progressive vibe. The owners are amazing. Go here now.
One of the best places in DC. Kachapuri, anticuchos and snails are probably my favourites
All the bartenders are great, but Janelle is awesome. Wonderful service, good strong + tasty drinks
Love for date night . The grilled calamari is incredible as are the cocktails .
The Bedouin tent in the back is absolutely the way to go to try the whole menu
a lot of international foods : Georgian, Salvadorian, Korean. Try the Miso Short ribs .
Hostesses are real gems. Not. The policy to put your name on the waitlist requires to have the full party there is absolutely ridiculous for a neighborhood place .
Voted Best Ambiance Brunch of 2015 by Bitches Who Brunch ! Read more
Cool spot but the prices for alcohol are too high. I love Narragansett but its not $6 on its best day. And $15 for a cocktail not at the Gibson seems extreme.
Try the fried baked potato with the aioli from the pescadito...dito to the other tips
One of the best old fashioned I've had. Tip!
Get the Chaja for dessert , it's refreshing and delicious
Great bar tenders. Awesome drinks. Check it out.
Go once, no more. Loud , dim, but with excellent service and varied menu.
The Mexican corn was finger lickin' good
Best lamp kofta I have ever had....to date. ????
Wow! What a delicious journey around the world. Loved it.
Definitely poke and hacapuri (sp?)
You’re a fool if you don’t get the khachapuri .
Pupusas are great.
Worst hostess encountered in DC in many years. One thing if your restaurant has a terrible waitlist policy (it does), another thing altogether if she is rude and pretentious . Food not worth service.
chivito-uruguay
Gado Gado salad ????
Waited two hours for a table. Not kidding. Why they don't allow reservations or calling ahead is beyond me. The food is good, but NOT worth the two hour wait. Service was slow.
Interesting menu
