It's a cliche touristic place. However sundae it's a must try and sipping hot chocolate too. Try going in the morning when is less busy. The staff are really great!

A San Francisco landmark . Top quality chocolate , and great gifts for kids and adults alike. They also make hot chocolate but it's very ordinary; best to make your own at home with their cocoa .

Their chocolate isn't great, and their Sundaes taste artificial and cheap . Saying that, the warm brownie was delish.

Didn’t know they had this place on Market Street, cross Street, New Montgomery, save the trip all the way to Fisherman’s Wharf and enjoy. ????
