If you go to a weekday morning class there is a chance you will see Kim Kardashian when she is in New York... Otherwise, tough workouts , a lot of treadmill running and a lot high intensity exercises
One of my favorite workouts because every class is different. Usually the easiest to get into out of the 3 NYC locations. Good layout. Treadmills starting to get pretty worn out
It really is one if the toughest and best work outs in the city . Definitely recommend classes with Joey, Noah and Rebecca!!! Go and become a better and stronger version of yourself!!
This is a good calorie burning workout for high intensity exercising. While they are great for a super sweat session; there should be less people in a class and more focus on form.
Amazing classes with amazing instructors . Strength training and cardio is combined via interval training . Look and feel better, stronger!

I really like Rebecca Kennedy 's class . She teaches a really hard class , but still nice (while telling you to run faster and lift more)
The studio layout is a bit frustrating because there are giant columns running down the middle. Prefer the Chelsea location b/c of this.
If you're dumb enough to pay $40 for a class and then drink one of those sugar-filled smoothies then you'll never make your goal weight. AHAHA
Lindsay's TRX class is killer! You'll be happy you took her class (assuming you don't pass out).
The classes provide a good sweat. The locker rooms are a tight squeeze, especially the showers .
If you LOVE treadmills and being really hot and loud noises and stressful situations, this is the workout for you! If you even slightly dislike any of those things, do something else.
Get here 15m early and wait. You want the machine by the door so youre first in the shower .
Location is not as nice as noho but the staff is great as always and the workout is always a challenge!
