Don't drop the weights on the floor, especially with someone right next to you. I'd appreciate it immensely if you wouldn't try to break my foot because you're unable to follow rules.

The locker room ain't your bathroom at home. Please don't dye your hair here and stank up the place. And then get in the pool afterwards.

FYI swimmers: The pool can be crowded on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday due to us water aerobics fans from 6-7 at night. Please be patient, we only want 1 hour to exercise.
