FYI swimmers: The pool can be crowded on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday due to us water aerobics fans from 6-7 at night. Please be patient, we only want 1 hour to exercise. - Kristin

50 minute sculpt class on the mega former is no joke. Great workout in an unpretentious atmosphere. Teachers are all great, and they have a huge retail area with awesome workout gear. - Meredith Blechman
