The staff is friendly & cheerful at this location. They give out compliments. Pret's mission of organic healthy foods that are made that day and donated if not sold is something I can get behind.

Overpriced but worth it since everything is relatively fresh. I eat here all the time and never had anything bad. Very friendly staff .

Love their boxes! Especially salmon and mango salad . So delicious and healthy at the same time.???? ????

My go-to is the energy bagel , 16oz iced coffee (they have free soy milk ) and 2 eggs with spinach ! All less than a Starbucks dirty mocha frappa latte with whip.

Large Americano coffee , free WiFi , and power outlets . Strategic Stop while walking around my World Trade Center.

Their new broth soups are delicious! Love their felafel and pomegranate salad .

Harvest cookie is ridiculously good - crispy edges and chewy middle. Coffee and almond croissants are also spot on. Good stuff.

Great service, great hot sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches too!
