Salads are great:) prices are very good. Wonderful place to have a healthy lunch :)

If you prefer your sushi rolls without sesame seeds , give this place a shot. The rolls are pretty good, and they leave the seeds out as a rule, not as an exception.

I come here for breakfast nearly every morning and I don't know why. It does have variety but if it wasn't right next to the office I wouldn't bother. Till staff are lovely though, I'll give them that

This place makes me vaguely ill every fifth or sixth time I eat here. But it’s convenient and the people are nice.

Everything bagel w/ bacon n cheddar cream cheese . Altho i dunno if i can keep paying $3 for a bagel everyday. Then again this is FiDi.

Notwithstanding the "Free ATM " sign, withdrawals aren't free. Each transaction costs $1.99.

A bit on the pricey side, but they do have a variety of foods for everyone. I enjoy the lentil soup and the salad bar .

Try their variety selection of soups . I recommend both types of clam chowder , lobster bisque , tomato florentine, & spicy gumbo .

Go to Variety Cafe , even thou same owner, Exchange Cafe cashiers double tax, & Variety has better food !!

Pasta selection is rediculous! So many choices and great add-ins :)

From the middle eastern corner, get the chicken tawook on a wrap with hummus , salad , tahini , peppers , and hot sauce . Pickle on the side.

The front grill might be better for breakfast sandwiches (see other tip), but the back is better for omelets . The front guy way overcooks them.

Chicken Parmesan is to die for!

Thumbs way up for Santa Fe and South European omeletes .

Their hazelnut iced coffee is pretty good, especially on a hot day.

The dressings of the week are generally good ... Chipotle, cilantro lime , parmesan oregano

There are two grills going for breakfast sandwiches . The one nearer the front is miles better. Unless you like eggshell in your sandwich .

Best buffet around. And I checked then all.
