This is one of the longer hour and bigger locations. Great single origin , friendly staff , great snacks and free wifi . Location is also great. Close enough to Times Square but just off enough to enjoy

I get a latte/cap here and it's always on point! Banana bread was nice but wish they had an oven/microwave to toast it in. Nonetheless, love this cafe ! Friendly staff .

Lovely service and its chai latte is nice than i expected. Bit sweet but a good drink for hot afternoon.

Good coffee , but very crowded and hard to impossible to find a seat -- sometimes employees on break take up the seats, which doesn't help. Getting it to go might be a better choice.

I loved their americano and the service was good! They had delicious sample pastries at check-out and provide soy milk for those that prefer it over regular milk :)

Definitely recommend having an aeropress single origin brew. Pleased to see then inverting !!

The regular staff is great, the weekend / holiday staff is consistently terrible. And their LevelUp rewards system seems to work about half the time.
