Loved for excellent service and ideal location, this London hotel is just a few minutes away from London attractions like the Covent Garden , Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus , and Oxford Street.
Good location on a quiet part of London. Next to British Museum and the Holborn tube. Walking distance to Trafalgar, Leicester and Piccadilly . Good for those that plan on spending most time exploring.
The welcome cookie made up for the claustrophobic view from the first floor
Blitz your Christmas shopping with a two-night stay with breakfast at DoubleTree by Hilton on Southampton Row. Prices from £138 per night. Quote GoToMidtown when booking ! Till 31st Dec.
Came here for afternoon tea . Lovely staff and a yummy selection scones , cakes and teas <3
Don't forget to ask for your free welcome Cookie , they're amazing !
Great location, easy walk to Covent Garden , museum & West End. Friendly and helpful staff .
Yummy breakfast and the cookie is to die for :) great service and great location in London
Good location, nice lobby, rooms are small but overall clean and comfortable . Would stay here again
A real solid, central London hotel where rooms are cosy but fitted with everything you need.
Friendly staff - great location- standard room too small. Go for the upgrade
Walking distance to many sights. European size rooms. Nice bar
Really cold rooms (I'm stayed in deluxe). Old and broken air systems in doesn't help you. Prepare warm socks and t-shirts.. NY will be extremely cold if you're going to celebrate it here. :)
I've stayed here about a half dozen times and never once had a good experience. I've given up. Air conditioning broken, rooms untidy, shower broken, the list goes on...
The welcome cookie was godly. Why is the entire world not funding welcome cookies ?? Though honestly their (executive) rooms aren't very impressive and service at the lobby is snappy and pretty crappy
To be honest not seen any of the issues already described. Room was nice, bed comfortable , atmosphere good.
Quite old, but clean hotel . Very good location for theatre’s funs
My whole floor is under construction and torn apart . Fire alarms have gone off multiple times. Cleaning lady just walked into my room unannounced and instead of leaving, started arguing with me.
Newly decorated rooms are great improvement
the air conditioner is broken in the room and cannot be fixed right...because there is some leak in the window, i have to require a electronic heater to keap warm. besides, single room is really tiny
Staff is the great value for this hotel
Refurbished rooms are very nice.
Great to have access to the executive lounge with HHonors upgrade.
Update to my earlier 'Tip' - they moved me to a new room (with air con) without any drama.
The welcome cookie is delicious!
Good: Best Location. ; Bad: Poor shower , odd welcome cookies
Handy to have a tesco express right next door, waking up with a hangover and needing tablets helps
Welcome chocolate chip cookies , priceless!
Teeny weeny bathroom and for god's sake...this is 2012 so why still charge for WIFI
BRX Breakfast Networking here every Thursday morning! Join the group and get more business!!
Bar staff don't seem to know their whiskies - asked for a Highland, got an Islay...
Good location, rooms are ok.
Tiny room with no working air con (its unbelievably hot) and a load of used condom wrappers and what looks suspiciously like an old drugs packet on the outer window sill. Horrible.
Beats the Waverley House Hotel . Good room size. More amenities . Have to pay for wireless though.
No longer has an executive lounge
Location is good, rooms are small and uncomfortable. So sad...
Nice rooms, tiny Executive Lounge
Lobby is great and modern. My room was a dump . Bed was so uncomfortable it felt like I was camping in a tent. Now I need a chiropractor .
Rooms are very small!
Cupboard-sized rooms for £210/night.
Nothing special business hotel in a good location.
Every hotel should do welcome cookies ...
The outrageous price of the Internet worth it for <aclass="entity url"rel="nofollow" href="http://www.rockthebox.org"target="_blank" data-sig="NkGMyvijhsxkcPH08YNF1bpBsgI=" onmousedown="fourSq.ui.OutgoingLink.mousedown($(this), event)" data-source="tip-text">www.rockthebox.org</a>
Muy buena ubicacion, habitacion confortable , muy buen trato del helpdesk y de todo el personal del hotel , cumple perfecto el balance de precio-beneficio. Y la cookie de bienvenida es muy rica.
A great hotel for business travellers close to Vauxhall and the north embankment. Rooms have iMacs and great business facilities - Dave Marshall
Excellent location. However, a little loud. I had free wifi, which was reliable and swift. - Lauri Dabbieri
Excellent espresso in the Illy bar at ground level. The restaurant serves Great french food - Geert Van Lent
Fantastic place to spend a day. So much on display and so much to learn. Can get pretty crowded thou. - Derrick Leow
