Mac in room with free Internet fantastic. Tasty cookie in arrival and comfortable room . In-room fan noisy so had to turn off but great hotel otherwise.

A great hotel in a great location, tucked away but ideal for Parliament and the London Eye. Small, but well appointed rooms, and attentive staff . Food not the best, but there are many options locally.

Good coffees , tasty cookies . Comfy beds and pleasant staff .

Mine - and our - return-to hotel in London. Friendly , welcoming and great service. Rooms are clean . Breakfast isn't worth the cost if avoidable.

From receiving the cookie upon checking in to checking out, everything was awesome. The beds were comfy , and the location is very good.

It's a rather posh hotel , but what else would you expect with it being right next to Millbank. Very plush and perfect for business meetings . The executive lounge is a great area for relaxing.

I loved staying here, and will definitely return! The area is fantastic and the customer service is great, plus who doesn't love cookies upon check in? I'm a fan!

Avoid rooms 328 to 338 if you do not fancy the noise of a treadmill above your head at 6 in the morning. Those are just under the 4th floor gym . A very nice hotel otherwise

Former City Inn with all the joyous simplicity that brings. Your TV is an iMac explore that wonderful city outside!

Lovely hotel . Breakfast was more than OK. The rooms are very bright but the bathrooms are rather small. The metro station is not a 5 but a 15 minute walk. That god there was always a taxi .

First world Problem: imac = TV ... It works, but its small .. Other than that great Hotel

Tired looking rooms - same from when was a top spec Mint hotel many years ago - fine public areas, but not great value

all the rooms have 10' computer screen for a Tv . biggest waste of money i will check out in the morning.

Stayed here for three nights. Not the best Hotel . Location is ok, but overall old and tiny rooms. Breakfast also not worth to have it.

Don't believe it's Westminster. Good 1 kilometre through hundreds of tourists . More like millbank. Get taxi there not tube

Nice, but house keeping does seem to just "come in". Hang the "do not disturb" on the door knob.

Housekeepers are bunch of crazy people, barged in even with do not disturb sign hanged.
