Amazing Omakase experience. Respecting tradition yet innovative. The rice is like Sukiyabashi Jiro but less vinegary. Gotta do the supplement menu.
Amazing quality! Chu-toro, Tennen Hirame, Hotate, Ikura w/ Ankimo are so delicious! But I'd say it lacks the ambiance of Kusakabe , where I was able to feel a personal connection with the chef .
Ju-Ni another restaurant by way of a Sushi Ran alum, Kusakabe is the other! The ambience is very clean , yet has a more modern touch. One thing to admire is Geoffrey-san's diligent nature to his art .
Always go for the extended omakase ! Chef Jason taught us so much about the fish we were having. Satisfying both my stomach and my brain!
Just go. Everything is amazing and it's an experience. Get the supplement if available.
Amazing omakase , great experience all around. The wagyu and uni a la carte add-ons were wonderful and not-to-miss.
Come hungry and order the pieces you want after the omakase (incl. supplements and unagi , salmon belly ). $25 corkage.
Fantastic omakase . Fresh and creative. Best unagi nigiri I've had in a long time.
The omakase menu spans 18 eye-opening courses, from sake-cured albacore to golden eye snapper flecked with kelp salt. The fish is all flown from Tsukiji Market Read more
Loved the experience with the chef , intimate relationship, story behind the fish , thoughtfully curated

Have your Jū-Ni Chirashi bowl take out at Alamo Square.
Toro with truffle , wagyu with truffle , you'll need both to end the meal
Get the full Omakase . The roe with ankimo snow is the god dish
Omakase was amazing. Get the toro and wagyu truffle .
Good food and quality but overrated and absolutely over priced for what you get (no uni or wagyu in the main course, had to pay extra)
Salmon roe with monkfish liver
Omg. Get the extended omakase and hope the have the A5 wagyu .
Steve is great and the food was excellent
One Michelin star .
Get the supplements ! You won't regret it
12 seats at the bar . 2 sessions per evening. The ikura nigiri with shaven frozen monkfish liver is ridiculous. Go and watch Geoffrey work his magic before everybody else does.
Toro , scallop , okimono
fancy sushi
Vse otlychno!
Pristine, omakase-style sushi isn't the easiest thing to find in SF, but this spot delivers with beautifully presented, painstakingly sourced fish served in the traditional style. - Eater
The best omakase deal in town. They are very innovative and also perfect traditional dishes. A must try for sushi lovers in the Bay - Nathan J
Good omakase with variety. I liked that they opened with a few non-sushi items. All fish was very fresh. Our chef for the night was a very nice older Japanese man. Wait staff was also very pleasant. - eifeh
Loved the ambiance perfect for dates . Get the sunrise cocktail and the stinging nettle agnolotti was yummilicious. - Pavan Kulkarni
