Nice outdoor brunch seating. Food is all decent. Bruschetta too cheesy. Breakfast gnocchi is a winner.

Yummy modern Italian. Reminds me of Olive & June. Good cocktails . Ample parking . Lots of covered outdoor seating . It did take about 15 minutes for a waiter to show up.

The good: the bread is terrific, as was the salami plate and the fried chickpeas . The bad: service was glacial & poor, most entrees overpriced for the quantity, and dining room uncomfortably warm.
