Gr8 location 4 people who are on vacation. Rooms r a bit small, i don't consider this a category 7 hotel . Nice bar downstairs, concierge staff is awesome. Concierge level is gr8, saved $ on Bkfast

Very good hotel . Certainly worth the money. It seems that many families stay here. Pool and Jacuzzi are always packed with screaming chldrn.

A great location and top service... Only complaint...coffee in the rooms is rank... Seriously, I actually gagged. Luckily there is a Starbucks in the hotel !

Fast, cool elevators ! Great view from room 1077 of Washington Monument & huge room. Love the individually wrapped Jelly Bellys in our room.

Nice hotel in a great location - near the White House and the National Mall . Starbucks in the lobby.

The lobby has a full-service Starbucks (breakfast too) and the lobby bar 1331 has DogfishHead 90min IPA on tap !

This was a great hotel . The Starbucks is a bit lethargic, but the rest of the hotel is great.

This JW Marriott needs a little attention, as compared to other JWs. $50 Valet parking is steep, but has in/out privileges, however their car retrieval midday is a nightmare. Give yourself 45 minutes!

Remembered why i love this hotel . Individually wrapped Jelly Belly 's in all the flavors in your room.

Smallish rooms but nice warm service ????

Loved the family movie nights they ran during Spring Break. It was a welcome relief from walking around all day.

Elevators are great - select your floor number and it tells you which elevator to get on. Even when very busy, elevators are fast.

If u smoke, get a room on the 12th floor. They're the only ones with balconies , otherwise u have to go all the way downstairs...

The elevators are pretty slick. Select your floor destination outside the elevator and the system assigns you a specific elevator to take. Nice!

There is a shoe shine service right down the escalators by the lobby Starbucks.
