this is the best spot in Captiva in the late afternoon. come early enough to snag a picnic table on the beach and enjoy the drinks, raw bar , live music and picturesque sunset .

Sit outside and order at the indoor bar to avoid waiting — plus the sunset views actually seem better because the windows from inside are blocked by the umbrellas. Bar menu is pretty yummy!

Cool & trendy sunset place. Tough to park just before sunset . Get there early and have a few drinks. If you walk on the beach to watch the sunset , make sure you're not blocking someone behind you

Great location, good food. Crowded so allow time as needed. Great area for sightseeing and beach days. Worth the trip. Nice staff and good service .

The ribeye was delicious and cooked to perfection (medium). Comments about it not being a proper pub because it serves just beer and wine should be embarrassed and clearly untraveled..

Even though our sunset view is the same from South Seas Beach Cottages we have been coming here for 25 years. Get the bbq shrimp and fish and chips . Don't forget to ask for a window seat and ketchup .

We had fish and chips and the half duck . Both were super yummy, the duck was a large portion ! For dessert mango cheesecake ! Totally rocked!

Do yourself a favor and come at sunset and sit outside. Buy drinks at the outside bar . Place your food order at the inside bar and wait for your name to be called on the intercom. No waiters outside.

Nice for sunsets ???? . They don't have a liqueurs license so only wine and beer and wine-based vodka .

Best location to eat with great views . Food and menu is decent. Nothing to write home about. We find the staff is always very friendly . Expect $18-$25 per plate.

Arrive by 4:00pm to get a table by 5:00pm. Expect to wait. Special outside appetizers can be purchased at the inside bar while you wait.

To go food not allowed on beach , so just get it "to go" for home and discreetly walk towards your "house next door" if wait for table too long. Great place for sunsets . Bring blanket.

Allegedly the best view of the sunset , but seating starts at 5p, so get here at 4.30p and get your name on the list. Otherwise, you don't get a window seat .

All food is pretty good. Live music and being next to the beach is the main thing though.

Best NE clam chowder so far. Margos test great no matter the contents. Just a great place for lunch on the beach . Chatchkeys galore inside.

Jai Alai is the recommended “local“ IPA — brewed in Tampa. Foodwise I recommend their Grouper .

Wow what a racist bouncer. He would not let us park to eat lunch and drink wine . My Indian husband thought he was discriminated against.We took our wine and food money to the resort bar at South Seas.

Ask for a seat next to the window for the beach view .

Park at McCarthy's Marina at the other end of Andy Rosse Ln. for $5 when lot is full. Bring EXACT change.

BBQ shrimp are great but 5 medium sized shrimp for $13 is crazy! Avalon shrimp was the same price and you only get 3!!
