If you are looking for something different The Bubble Room may be your option, its a children place for adults, if you don't eat you must pay $5.50 p/p desserts are huge and fun! Try the pinnaple cake
Love this restaurant . Some of it's nostalgia and some of it's the food. Eddie Fisherman. Always delicious. And OMG the cakes ...my personal favorite was always Red Velvet . Now it's the Rum Cake . Amaze.
Extremely crazy nutty place and a must-see. The whole restaurant is an attraction and makes you feel like Alice in Wonderland meets Christmas .
This place is a tripppp! Love the atmospheres and vibes it gives off. The Bubble Bread and cinnamon rolls are amazing and worth the trip alone. Also, don’t forget about the chocolate cake !!!
Fun decorations , huge portions , and an amazing array of cakes ! Been coming here since I was a kid and it's always been a fun night out.
A must if you haven't been but more for the atmosphere than the food - especially if you're on a diet or in any way health conscious!
This is one of the few restaurants that offers the over-the-top experience of places like Planet Hollywood or Hard Rock Cafe while also delivering seriously good food.
The best place to eat in Captiva! The decorations and uniforms are so adorable! Dessert is a must here, the orange crush cake is amazing!
Delicious as always. Always a must see when we visit. Amazing red velvet and orange crush cake . Please bring back the Katie Kake!
Their White Christmas Cake (last year) & their Orange Crunch Cake (this year) are awesome Birthday Cakes ... & great for the other 364 days of the year too! ;o)
The food here is amazing and if you have a party of more than five you can make as reservation . Kids portions ate huge and the crab soup is a must!!
Really excellent hamburger . I know, that does not seem exciting, but it is delicious!
Food was home made style with very friendly service . Was nice taking a break and eating something home made . Had the French dip with chips and cheese and bacon
Cakes are excellent, the atmosphere nostalgic, old and fairly recent movie photos, Santa, etc I just did not like the hostess who showed us our table. Didnt even look up at us!! Not a nice welcome.
Get the sticky buns and save room for dessert , might as well just go ahead and order it first.
Red Velvet or Orange crunch cake . Are both awesome trust me. If you can't finish it, freeze it. There awesome for breakfast , lunch , or dinner , or when it's hot. And ask about shipping cakes home!!!
A must if you're in the area. Tacky yet-in-a-fun way decor and great food. Love the bubble bread . Save room for dessert - the orange cake is the best (tho it's all good).
We always go just for the cake ! They're filling on their own!
Interesting place. Explore the place before you eat. Check out all three floors. Tip: Don't fill up on "bubble bread ". Its basically just garlic toast . The fish was pretty good.
Kitschy & Goofy. Sort of looks like Pee Wee's Playhouse. Great for families. Food is expensive & desserts are enormous which make for a great sharing assortment .
We stopped in to get desserts to go, as we were told they had the best desserts . While the flavor was good, most of the cakes were on the dry side-- which was disappointing. The tropical one was moist
The meals didn't stand out. However, their Bubble Bread was amazing. They also have great (and very large) desserts . Try the red velvet cake .
I just loved the Bubble Room. Huge portions , but leave space for the megalicious dessert - or have it packed up to take home.
Love their grouper salad !
Love this place! Large portions , fat kid friendly , and always save room for desert !
Food was very good, waiter from southern Illinois was top notch ! Great experience.
Great family dining . The portions are huge!
We had the key lime pie and tropical cake . Very nice, very sweet!!
The Tarzan cut of Prime Rib is well over two pounds and delicious!
Orange cake is out of this world. Place is all about crazy fun. Christmas is everyday - 3 floors of memorabilia
Food was ok. My Po boy sandwich had four small shrimp on a hamburger bun with no side dish, which I thought was odd. The environment was very neat and the desserts were great.
Good desserts , cool atmosphere, rude staff , and not much variety on the menu. Go to check it out and get a dessert to go.
Don't miss this when on Captiva Island or Sanibel. Leave room for the World Famous Orange Crunch Cake . A Must when on the Islands .
Excellent key lime pie !! Better than Key West :)
The pies !!!! Coke in a bottle! The decor!!! Everything!!!
Big yummy deserts at big prices. Bring a lot of cash.
Great orange cake , be weary if you go between 3:30pm and 4:30pm they are closed. The waitress that got our cake was very snotty, #fail customer service.
Go straight for dessert !
Ask Nathan about his 22 broken bones and have him make you a vodka cranberry ! Steve is pretty cool too!
Nice place for first visit not a second. No refills and food a little pricy .
Have the flaming cheese as an app. Delicious!
. The wait is long and the food isn't worth it "bubble bread " is French bread with a crumbly cheese on top. Meh, the portions ate Huge. I ordered the Jane cut prime rib and had plenty of leftovers.
Love the nostalgic atmosphere!!!
Gigantic plates. Easily for at least 2 our maybe 3 people. A bit pricey but worth it
Great place to take company. Food was very good ..
Delicious and super fun! I would definitely recommend it.
Loved !!!!
Have a Captiva Cooler and be sure to talk to Nathan. He's the best!

Grouper Rueben is awesome. Best food on island. - Heather McCain
We thought the food was average. Loved the live entertainment by a Parisian. The gumbo was yummy. - Alison Held
Excellent lobster ravioli, I would also recommend the baked brie! So delicious! - Kalynne Miller
The best restaurant in this area. Delicious claim chowder soup! - Lina Francisco
My favorite area of the island is near The Mucky Duck. Plus, every time we go, we bring our pugs. Dare I say that they're dog friendly? - Dave G
